Customers may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched. Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
We also reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment verification problems, delivery limitations, duplicate orders, or suspected misuse.
Refunds may be approved for canceled orders, failed transactions, unavailable items, duplicate payments, or verified delivery issues reviewed by our support team.
Perishable, opened, used, or damaged-after-delivery items may not be eligible for return or refund unless the issue is reported promptly and validated by us.
Approved refunds for online prepaid orders are initiated back to the original payment source through the relevant payment channel.
If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, we will review the payment status and process the eligible refund after reconciliation.
Once approved, refunds are generally initiated within 5 to 7 business days. The final credit timeline may depend on your bank, card network, or payment provider.
